Background & Training

I have over 6 years’ experience working within the field of psychotherapy. I am an Integrative Psychotherapist, training at Regent’s University London on the Advanced Diploma, after having completed my initial 2-year training in Psychotherapy and Counselling. Academically, I have completed a Masters in Jungian & Post-Jungian Psychology, including an undergraduate degree in BSc Psychology and Counselling.

I have developed an integrative way of working which I draw from the teachings of Carl Jung,  Inter-Family-Systems Therapies and several mindfulness practices. For more information, please click the Therapy link.

In 2016 I completed a ten-day silent meditation course called ‘Vipassana’. I use this practice as well as that of psychotherapy as a fundamental approach when working with trauma as a route to psychological balance and wholeness.

I also have experience within the field of sports psychology, having practiced and taught the Mind-set technique in Sport. This technique practically integrates the practice of meditation and self-discipline in order to perform healthily at the highest level mentally and physically in sport. This practical way of working means I am also able to hit targets with clients over a period of time as we work together. I have a background in sports as a professional tennis coach and have also played tennis at 1st team university level. I also have experience in the arts, with interests in music and theatre. I feel passionate about integrating my experience into practice.

I offer Psychotherapy and Counselling in Southwest London, including Richmond, Twickenham, Sheen, Wimbledon, Kingston-on-Thames, Hounslow, Chiswick, Fulham and other surrounding West London areas.
